In the name of God, the All Gracious, the All Merciful

 

 

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ

                                       إِذَا السَّمَاءُ انْفَطَرَتْ

When the sky disintegrates.

                                     وَإِذَا الْكَوَاكِبُ انْتَثَرَتْ

And when the planets are crushed.

                                      وَإِذَا الْبِحَارُ فُجِّرَتْ

And when the oceans explode.

                                       وَإِذَا الْقُبُورُ بُعْثِرَتْ

And when the graves are opened.

                         عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌ مَا قَدَّمَتْ وَأَخَّرَتْ

Every soul will know what caused her to advance and regress.

                    يَا أَيُّهَا الإنْسَنُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ الْكَرِيمِ

O you human being, what made you divert from your Lord, Possessor of Honor,-

                            الَّذِي خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّاكَ فَعَدَلَكَ

-the One who created you, perfected you and gave you the sense of justice?

                            فِي أَيِّ صُورَةٍ مَا شَاءَ رَكَّبَكَ

In whatever shape He willed He constructed you.

                                    كَلا بَلْ تُكَذِّبُونَ بِالدِّينِ

Absolutely, they disbelieve in the religion. 

 

5837 3094 4414 2329 10

                                   وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحَافِظِينَ

However, there are indeed guards around you.

                                            كِرَامًا كَاتِبِينَ

They are honest recorders.

 

5839 3096 4416 2331 12

                                     يَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ

They know everything you do.

 

5840 3097 4417 2332 1565 13

                                     إِنَّ الأبْرَارَ لَفِي نَعِيمٍ

Indeed, the righteous, will be in bliss.

                                وَإِنَّ الْفُجَّارَ لَفِي جَحِيمٍ

And indeed the evil-doers will be in the Inferno.

                                     يَصْلَوْنَهَا يَوْمَ الدِّينِ They will enter therein on the Day of the Religion.

                                    وَمَا هُمْ عَنْهَا بِغَائِبِينَ

And they will never be absent therein.

                                 وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا يَوْمُ الدِّينِ

And do you realize what the Day of the Religion is?

                               ثُمَّ مَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا يَوْمُ الدِّينِ Again, do you realize what the Day of the Religion is?

        يَوْمَ لا تَمْلِكُ نَفْسٌ لِنَفْسٍ شَيْئًا وَالأمْرُ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلَّهِ

The Day when no soul shall have any power to do anything for another soul and all decisions on that day belong to God2680.
